Daring to leadCeri Rundle, Founder of CSJ Specialist Canine Feeds, from Bodfari, North Wales has been named a finalist in this year’s Leading Wales Awards.

The Leading Wales Awards Consortium that run Wales’ long-established and only dedicated leadership awards have announced this year’s short list. They are delighted that once again The Institute of Leadership & Management are the headline sponsors.

Ceri Rundle from Denbighshire has been nominated in the Leadership in the Private Sector category for her leadership role and is one of 4 finalists in the category.

The awards, which have been running for 15 years, have eight individual categories including Women in Leadership and Leadership in Diversity & Inclusion and one organisational leadership category which was won last year by the NHS Wales Finance Academy.

Barbara Chidgey, Chair of the Leading Wales Awards consortium, said; “This year our theme is “Daring to Lead®”. We received many impressive and outstanding nominations for individuals in Wales (in all sectors and at all levels of responsibility) whose leadership is courageous, inspirational and transformational. They were a privilege to read and a challenge to shortlist.”

Ceri Rundle, founder of CSJ Specialist Canine Feeds said “Entering the Leading Wales Awards is an important step and I feel the time is right. I’ve grown our business from the ground up, since we started out to develop our own range of natural working dog food and supplements, over 20 years ago and supported handlers, teams and dog events from grass roots up to championships throughout Wales and Europe. Today at CSJ, we continue to do our best to promote the finest of Wales’ heritage and qualities throughout all our business endeavours”

This is the 15th and concluding year of the Leading Wales Awards®. They will culminate with the Awards presentations as part of a legacy dinner at Hilton Cardiff on 26th September 2019. Tickets are available for £67.50 and by emailing le****************@le**************.info.
