CSJ are delighted that their couriers, DPD, deemed the UK’s most sustainable delivery company, are doubling the size of their all-electric Green Fleet.
DPD have ordered 750 Maxus edeliver vehicles and are already delivering green to UK cities.
As an eco-conscious company CSJ are committed to an ongoing process of making their business as green as possible and actively seek to work with like-minded suppliers and partners.
CSJ’s owner and founder Ceri Rundle says, “We are consciously looking at everything we do and recently started encouraging customers to cut down on their number of deliveries by for example ordering in multiples of 2 bags so halving the deliveries and delivery costs to themselves.
Also, earlier this year, we re-launched our Billy No Mates! flea, tick and mites easy use tincture in a bottle made from recycled milk bottle tops!
Ceri adds, “Last year’s March Covid 19 lockdown illustrated what a huge difference the lack of traffic made to air quality and the environment in a very short time and this reinforced our determination to continue to strive for sustainability and green opportunities in every step of our processes.”
