Click on the ‘Estimated Shipping Charges’ link on your basket page to see the delivery charge for your order. Some items (such as herbs and treats) have free delivery and no delivery charge will be shown in this case. As a guide the courier contract is for 30kg . For England Wales and the Scottish Lowlands it is £6.85 per 30 kg. All other places in the UK are £10.10 per 30kg.

- Items marked as “Free Shipping” (eg Herbs, treats, etc.) are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail post, and do not affect the weight of the 15 – 30kg food orders, that are shipped by courier (mostly UK mail)
