Deliveries are made to UK addresses a UK postcode must supplied.
Delivery Times
We are experiencing very high order levels due to Covid-19 uncertainty. Please be advised orders now may take longer than 5 working days. As from 18/3/20 DPD drivers will no longer ask you to sign for your order. This is a Corona Virus safety measure.
Delivery Details
1. On the confirmation screen during checkout, tell us where to leave your package after you’ve submitted your delivery address.
2. You can nominate a preferred neighbour or select a safe place for delivery. Note the courier will not leave without instructions on the order.
3. If you supply a mobile phone number the courier will text you a planned delivery slot, you can change this time directly with the courier if necessary
Free Delivery
Items marked as ‘Free Shipping’ (e.g. Herbs, treats, etc that are less than 2 kg in weight.) are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail post, and do not affect the weight of the 15 – 30kg food orders, that are shipped by courier.
