Want to support the maintenance of your dog’s liver? Thistle Work! is a natural, dietary supplement.
The liver is an extremely important organ, responsible for the detoxification of waste, digestion, vitamin and mineral storage and protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism so Thistle Work! is a vital addition to CSJ’s range of all natural supplements.
Use Thistle Work! from 8 weeks of age but only when the liver needs support.
Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended. Thistle Work comes in a 200gm resealable foil pouch. Contains: Milk Thistle 200gm.

Feeding Instructions
Simple sprinkle the herbs over your dog’s dinner. Can be fed dry or try drizzling a little water (or CSJ Salmon Oil) over the dry kibble first to avoid the herbs filtering to the bottom of the bowl.
Always ensure that clean, fresh water is also available. NB Thistle Work! should only be used when the liver is in need of support.
Suggested Daily Feeding Guide

Terrier 2 – 10kg
Daily Amount (5ml Scoop)
Half a scoop
Weight of Dog Medium:
Cocker Spaniel/Border Collie 10 – 20kg
Daily Amount (5ml Scoop)

GSD, Belgian Shepard 20 – 30kg

Irish Wolfhound 230g+

All dogs are different
As herbs usually take time to act within the system, it may take up to 2-3 weeks before you fully appreciate the benefit. After the initial feeding period it may be possible to reduce the feeding rate, while maintaining the same effects. This should be assessed with each individual case.

The two last blood tests and the latest liver function test for my elder Ambull-X boy have all been positive – the only change in his diet and medications has been the addition of Thistle Work. Trials of single and double dose Denamarin were not as successful.
